Transpersonal Coaching Psychology Process
My coaching process is designed to help you reconnect with the true self you have always known, allowing that deep inner wisdom to rise naturally. It’s a journey where the complexities of mind, body, and soul are guided back into their inherent harmony, creating space for clarity and healing as you remember the fullness of who you are.
Here’s an outline of the process I offer:
Initial Consultation:
We begin with a free 45-minute consultation (upon request), where we’ll discuss your challenges and goals. This will help us identify the areas to focus on and tailor the coaching process to your specific needs.
Session Outline:
Each coaching session is an hour-long online Zoom connection. Our work together is fully customisable to suit your personal journey. The session is a collaborative exploration designed to create a space for deep, relaxed awareness.
Entering Open Awareness:
Through guided meditation, we will gently shift into a state of open awareness, a space where you can access your inner wisdom. This relaxed state allows you to connect with your body’s sensations and emotional states, uncovering the subtle patterns that may be influencing your life’s challenges.
Identifying the Roots of Challenges:
In this relaxed state, we will explore the root causes of any obstacles you're facing—whether physical, emotional, or energetic. With an open and compassionate approach, we can bring clarity to these patterns, recognising them not as problems but as opportunities for growth.
Trauma Healing (if applicable):
Should it be necessary, we will work together in a safe, nurturing space to process and release any unresolved energy tied to past traumas. This body-mind approach allows you to move forward without needing to relive painful events.
Integration & Forward Planning:
We will envision a future where you face challenges with ease, cultivating a sense of calm and control. In addition, we will establish personalised relaxation practices to support lasting transformation and a sense of ongoing inner peace.

I am trained in transpersonal coaching psychology and a Level 3 Reiki practitioner. My approach centres on creating a deeply relaxing environment that allows your body, mind, and soul to reconnect. This relaxed state fosters the process of rebalancing, which is essential for true healing and growth.

What is Open Awareness?
Guided Open Awareness is a process that uses focused attention and mindfulness techniques to facilitate a state of heightened awareness, while maintaining a relaxed and non-judgmental stance. Scientifically, it engages both the autonomic nervous system and the prefrontal cortex, which helps regulate emotional responses and cognitive functions.
During a guided Open Awareness session, the brain enters a state similar to mindfulness or meditative states, such as those characterized by alpha and theta brainwave patterns. These brainwaves are associated with deep relaxation, creativity, and increased capacity for insight. As you focus on guided prompts, the prefrontal cortex—the area of the brain responsible for self-reflection, decision-making, and emotional regulation—becomes more active, helping you become more aware of internal experiences without becoming overwhelmed by them.
At the same time, the autonomic nervous system, which controls involuntary bodily functions like heart rate and respiration, enters a parasympathetic state (often referred to as the "rest and digest" state). This promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports the body's ability to heal and restore itself.
The result is a balanced state where the brain can process information more clearly, the body remains calm, and the individual gains a deeper connection to their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, ultimately facilitating personal insight and healing.
